    Dongguan Lianda Precision Products Co. Ltd was founded in August 2002, and is specialized in the design and manufacture of board to board connectors, wire to board connectors and I/O connectors such as pin headers, female headers, USB, wafer, FPC, DIN41612, RJ45 series precision connectors. Our products are widely used in various types of consumer electronic appliances and in the telecommunications industry. Our company's Shenzhen branch office specializes in the sales and marketing of connectors.


    Rich Experience on R&D and Manufacture
    Since our company's foundation in 2002, we have been insisting on the principle of independent R&D and production, we handle all the things independently, including the R&D and design of metal molds and plastic molds, precision high-speed punch molding, precision plastic injection molding and automatic assembly operations.


    Factory Staff and Equipment
    We have 10,000-square-meter factory with 300 employees and 20 sets of precision molding equipment, 10 sets of precision plastic injection machines, 10 sets of precision high-speed punching machines, 200 sets different types of plastic molds, 400 sets of metal terminal molds, 20 sets of laboratory testing equipment and 100 sets of automatic assembling machines, so we can produce more than 10,000 different specifications of connectors to our customers.

  • Pickering Electronics Ltd

    Pickering Electronics was formed in January 1968, with the aim to design and manufacture high quality reed relays, intended principally for use in Instrumentation and Test equipment. Today, Pickering's Single-in-Line (SIL) range is by far the most developed in the relay industry with relays 25% the size of many of their competitors. The small SIL relays are sold in high volumes to large ATE companies throughout the world. Pickering relays have many advantages over the more usual 'Hard Moulded' construction. They are constructed using SoftCenter ® technology which greatly reduces stress on the delicate glass reed switch capsule for maximum life and performance. Mu-metal magnetic screening allows high packing density without the risk of problems due to magnetic interaction between relays.

     

    In House Automation
    Due to the unique nature of our relays, much of our production machinery is designed and manufactured by our engineering staff. Above is part of the production equipment used in the manufacture of our popular Series 109P Single-in-Line relay.This is the finishing stage in the production of the popular Series 109P relay. The relay enters this stage from the right.The unwanted part of the leadframe (the salvage bar) is removed leaving the connection pins of the relay at the finished length. The relay is then removed from the salvage plastic part and moves on to have the part number, date code and Pickering name printed on the top face.
