After 17 years of steady development, Now have two factories: Dongguan WCON Hardware Electronics Co., Ltd and Kunshan Wcon Electronics Co., Ltd. Since its foundation, the company sticks to the production of specialization and tries its best to supply precise and reliable connector products, from the develop, design and manufacture of metal terminal and plastic molds to the precision high-speed punch molding, precise plastic injection molding and automatic assembly, that have a skilled R&D and management team.

Our Factory has about 550 employees and owns 50sets precision molding equipments, 26 sets Taiwan & Japan 30~120 ton precision plastic injection machines, 16 sets Japan &Taiwan precision high-speed punch machines, more than 500 sets Various types of plastic molds and more than 300 sets hardware terminal molds, over 300 sets machines for automatic assembly that can provide customers with over 13 sorts and 20,000 different specification connectors parts, company handles import-export rights. and up to 40% products are exported to European, American countries.

Our proprietary spring-socket system (Flex-Pin) passes the tests specified in Mil-83513 for micro (0.050in pitch) connectors and has approved QPL status on the new Mil-32139 level program for nano (0.025in pitch) connectors. This allows us to be a leading supplier in industries including Military, Aerospace, Medical, Instrumentation and other high-technology oriented OEMs. Omnetics maintains a large off-the-shelf (COTs) inventory. The company has a catalog offering a wide range of standard designs and also specializes in customized high-reliability miniature and nano-sized interconnects. To continually offer cutting-edge connectors, we invest heavily in R&D, facilitating technology transfers from Japan and maintaining a 10-member design staff. This team uses the latest AutoCAD software to realize the specifications of our OEM clients. Plus, we train many of our employees in technical issues to ensure proper handling of the whole production process.

Fully Automated Production

Using only the finest materials from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, we carry out production in our fully automated plant. Our facilities include 40 injection machines, 50 pin-insertion machines and 30 stamping machines, allowing us to efficiently complete your orders.
